PINK BOURBON - NATURAL
Grown by Humberto Moreno at Finca LA Llanura. This coffee is hand sorted at Humberto's farm in Acevedo, Huila. Later transported to Cofinet's processing station in Garzon where it is dry fermented for 14hours. The cherries are hand soretd for the second time and placed in parabolic dryers until the ideal moisture content is reached.
This micro-lot is 100% Pink BOurbon. This variety is currently under research in order to determine it's origin. It is said that it is a mutation that took place at 2100MSL in San Adolfo Huila.
